- We request that all clients arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time for your scheduled service. This allows time for temperature check and consultation with necessary consent/waiver and instructions.
- If a client is 10-15 minutes late this time will be included in your service time. More than 15 minutes late will require that you reschedule your appointment. After 30 minutes late is considered a "no show" and the deposit is forfeited . You will be required to book another appointment.
- If an appointment is missed without a call ( no call/ no show), the entire deposit will be forfeited. After a client has incurred two "no call no shows" all future bookings will require the service total be paid in full to secure booking date and time.
- To avoid losing deposit amounts due to cancellations or rescheduling please do so within a minimum of 24 hours prior to your service .
